Gjensidige Forsikring BA is the fourth largest non-life insurance company in the Nordic region. Nykredit Forsikring A/S has a market share of approx. 3% of the Danish non-life insurance market and realised a net profit of DKK 245 million in 2009.
After the acquisition of Nykredit Forsikring A/S Gjensidige Forsikring BA will reach a market share of approximately 6% in the Danish market and become a top five non-life insurance company in Denmark.
