• The delisting and sale of Forstædernes Bank in a structured auction to Nykredit, a leading Danish mortgage institute and lending bank (deal value EUR 244m)
• The sale of FIH Erhvervsbank, our parent company, to a group of institutional investors including ATP, PFA, Folksam and CPDyvig (deal value EUR 255m)
• The acquisition of Nykredit Forsikring by Gjensidige Forsikring, the fourth largest Nordic insurance group (deal value EUR 336m)
• Divestment of Hotel Property Group, an owner and operator of Copenhagen based hotels, to Fastighets AB Balder
