  • Divestment of Lessor Group, a market-leading provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) software solutions to Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX)
  • Divestment of Frontmatec, a leading global supplier of automation to the slaughterhouse industry, specialising within automation, SCADA and MES
  • Local Government Denmark’s divestment of KMD, a leading ASP, IT services and BPO provider primarily to local and central government, to EQT and ATP (EUR 268 million)
  • Acquisition of Pulse MedTech, a global leader in the design of advanced miniature components and solutions for hearing instruments, as well as advanced acoustics and electromechanical components for selected medical devices

Our partners’ telecom and communication technology track record includes:

  • Fairness opinion to the board of directors of TDC on the DKK 9 billion share buyback of TDC A/S, completed simultaneously with a DKK 12 billion public offering in 2010
  • Divestment of Dansk Bredbånd, a leading broadband service provider to Danish homes, to WAOO!
  • Buy-side advisory services to the runner-up consortium in the 2005 structured auction on TDC
  • Divestment of NETDESIGN, a leading system integrator of IP-based communication solutions, to TDC
