FIH Partners advised FIH Erhvervsbank A/S (”FIH”) on the divestment of 24 larger corporate credit exposures, totaling approximately DKK 4.0bn, to Nykredit Bank A/S.The customer portfolio comprised loans and advances of approximately DKK 1.9bn, guarantees and un-drawn facilities of approximately DKK 1.6bn and financial instruments of approximately DKK 0.5bn.
The divestment is in line with FIH’s re-evaluated strategy and commercial basis of winding down its activities over time initiated after the divestment of a customer portfolio to Spar Nord Bank A/S.
FIH Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to FIH on the divestment.
