We have played an active part in this development, advising on more than 25 transactions over the past eight years on both sell-side and buy-side. We have a profound understanding of the dynamics governing manufacturing companies, and the opportunities and challenges they face through our consistent high deal flow in this sector.

We have been involved in divestments of large and mid-sized Danish manufacturing companies with global sales and production, including KOMPAN, Faerch Plast, Royal Greenland’s Wilhelmshaven facility, Superfos, Icopal, Disa, Glud & Marstrand, Blücher and Vest-Wood to international manufacturing groups and financial sponsors.

We are long-term advisors to several Danish large cap manufacturing companies on their M&A strategies.

Examples include more than ten divestments for Arla, one of Europe’s largest dairy groups, and 6 transactions for FLSmidth, the world’s leading supplier of equipment and services to the cement and minerals industry, including the Group’s largest foreign acquisition of Canadian GLV’s processing activities.
