FIH Partners advises Bella Solstra in the divestment of Bellakvarter, a new neighborhood in Ørestaden. The transaction includes building rights for 243,000 square meters, of which 129,000 square meters are residential and 104,000 square meters are commercial. The remaining square meters comprise 2,645 parking spaces located in 4 parking complexes, 10-14 retail shops and institutions. Construction is ongoing and is expected to be completed by 2025.
The acquirers are Danish pension funds administrated by Sampension and MP Pension.
