FIH Partners has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Coop Danmark in the establishment of a long-term, committed financing package of approx. EUR 500m. The financing package is made available from a group of Nordic banks and comprises Bank Loan Facilities, Supply Chain Facilities and Mortgage Loan Facilities.The banking group is comprised of Nordic banks including existing as well as new lenders to Coop.
