FIH Partners advises the Schweers family on the divestment of Alumeco Group to Nordic Metal Holdings Inc. a newly incorporated US holding company associated with and managed as part of Amari Metals.

Alumeco Group is a leading Northern European distributor of semi-finished non-ferrous metals founded in 1983 with headquarters in Odense, Denmark. The company offers a wide range of both standard and customised metal products in aluminium, stainless steel, cobber, bronze and brass and serves a wide range of metal consuming industries. Furthermore, the Group supplies specialised aluminium substructures to the global wind industry as trusted supplier to the leading wind energy OEMs through its subsidiary Aluwind.

In the financial year ending 30 June 2022 Alumeco Holding A/S presented revenue of DKK 7.8bn and EBITDA of DKK 907m.

Amari Metals is a leading processor and distributor of semi-finished stainless steel, aluminium and copper alloys in Europe.

FIH Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the selling shareholders.
