FIH Partners advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the 49% divestment of two US solar projects in Utah and Texas to Ingka Group (strategic partner to IKEA franchisee system).
The projects have a total capacity of 403 megawatt and will be able to supply renewable power equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of more than 74,000 American households.
FIH Partners acted as financial advisor to CIP.
