Royal Greenland has divested its fish processing activities in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, to Sahara Investment Group Private Limited and Meridian Investment Group Pte. Ltd. The buyers will acquire the entire issued share capital of Royal Greenland Seafood GmbH. Prior to completion, Royal Greenland transferred its lumpfish roe activities in Cuxhaven, Germany and the new zip-lock/chain-pack products to other business units, as these activities are not part of the transaction.To ensure that both Wilhelmshaven and the remaining Royal Greenland business activities in Europe will be able to maintain continuity in customer service without any undue disruptions from the transaction, the parties have agreed to subsequently split the existing Royal Greenland sales offices in Germany and France.
