FIH Partners advised Skandinavisk Holding and KFI in reaching an agreement with NorgesGruppen regarding a new ownership structure for Dagrofa, the majority owner of Pisiffik Greenland. As part of the transaction NorgesGruppen will acquire Skandinavisk Holding’s 55% stake in Dagrofa and enter into a new set of agreements with KFI regarding the joint future ownership of Dagrofa. The transaction also involves the inclusion of SPAR and SuperBest grocers into the new ownership structure. Pisiffik is Greenland’s leading retail chain with 38 stores. In 2011, Pisiffik recorded revenues of DKK 925m (EUR 165m).
