FIH Partners advised Nykredit Realkredit in connection with the divestment of shares in Jeudan A/S.Jeudan is Denmark’s largest listed real estate and service company. The group invests in and operates major office, residential and retail properties in Copenhagen. The Group also offers a wide range of property related advisory, service and building services. Jeudan is listed on NASDAQ OMX and has a market capitalisation of DKK 4,690 million.
Nykredit Realkredit is the largest mortgage bank in Denmark as well as one of the largest private bond issuers in Europe. At end-2011 Nykredit had a total outstanding amount of mortgage bonds of EUR 152 billion and the Group’s mortgage bonds accounted for 50% of international investors’ portfolio of Danish mortgage bonds.
