The private equity fund Polaris Private Equity and the private investment company HD Invest divested Louis Poulsen Lighting, one of the most prestigious European companies operating in the high range lighting sector, to Italian Targetti Sankey – one of the world leaders in the indoor and outdoor architectural lighting sector. The divestment was arranged as a structured auction process with a high number of potential buyers, both industrials and private equity participating.
