The acquisition doubles Santa Fe’s revenue and significantly strengthens its position as a leading provider of moving, relocation and records management services in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and now Europe. The expanded geographical platform offers considerable competitive advantages by providing one-stop solutions to international corporate customers and major growth synergies are available by leveraging Santa Fe’s sophisticated service solutions and concepts. The acquisition is an important step forward in the overall strategy of turning EAC’s two businesses into independent, listed companies.
Interdean will be the second acquisition by EAC in less than 7 months and the fourth major transaction in a year.
