The company has approximately 6,000 employees and generates DKK 55 billion (EUR 7.3 billion) in revenue in 2010.
With a name plate capacity of 166 MW, Nysted Wind Farm is one of the world’s largest wind farms. The wind farm itself is made up of eight rows of nine turbines, of which the nearest are placed some ten kilometres offshore. The 72 wind turbines annually generate enough power to supply 145,000 family homes with non-polluting energy.
