FIH Partners advised the shareholders of Actona Company on the divestment to Lars Larsen Group. The current executive management team in Actona Company invests alongside Lars Larsen Group and has acquired a minority position.Actona Company is a Denmark based company engaged in manufacturing and supply of furniture and serves leading furniture retailers in more than 90 countries globally through its sourcing network and own manufacturing facilities in China and Ukraine. The company had a turnover of DKK 1.188m in 2013/14 and employs around 1.200 people.
Following the transaction Actona Company becomes a member of Lars Larsen Group, which owns JYSK as well as a string of other companies, including furniture retailers such as ILVA and IDEmøbler and furniture manufacturers such as Scancom and Interstil.
FIH Partners has acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Actona Company in a private process.
