FIH Partners advises Semco Maritime A/S (“Semco Maritime”) on the acquisition of Wind Multiplikator GmbH (“Wind Multiplikator”).
Wind Multiplikator is a German Full Service Provider focusing on offshore wind O&M related activities, incl. major component exchanges and repairs. Operations are done from offices based in Bremen and an operational centre in Emden, offering +200,000 sqm of operational space for offshore wind farms with direct access to the North Sea.
The acquisition will contribute to Semco Maritime’s strategic aim of becoming a global leader for large renewable infrastructure projects and accelerate the positive development of Wind Multiplikator
The management of Wind Multiplikator Group continues unchanged, with Wind Multiplikator to be branded ‘Wind Multiplikator powered by Semco Maritime’ following the transaction.
