Our Associate Programme is designed for graduates with no or limited professional experience. New Associates enter the programme alongside Analysts who step up to full-time employment, and enjoy the same career opportunities as Associates coming out of our Analyst Programme.
The programme is designed to ensure that new Associates develop the necessary toolbox and professional skills to become high-performing investment bankers.
Joining the Associate Programme offers you great career opportunities, a steep learning curve from working with a highly dedicated and experienced team, attractive incentives and international work exposure with high quality clients.
