- The partners have advised Scandinavian dairy company Arla on 10 divestments and spin-offs over the last decade.
- The partners have advised the Danish state-owned energy company DONG on among others the merger of DONG and Elsam, the acquisition of Nesa, Energi E2, Frederiksberg Energi og Københavns Energi. Further on the divestment of E2 Renewables, Spain, the acquisition og A2Sea, the divestment of 50% of Nysted Offshore Wind Farm and the divestment of 50% of Anholt Offshore Wind Farm.
- We advised the owners of marine fuel and supplies operator Wrist Group on the divestment of the company to Altor Equity partners in 2007.
- In 2009 we advised Danish local government on the divestment of IT service provider KMD.
- The partners have advised on a total of 11 IPOs since 1997, including most recently the IPO of Chr. Hansen and TDC.
- We advised Scandinavian Tobacco Group on their merger with Swedish Match in 2010.
