Mr. Mosgaard actively advises leading Nordic corporations, local government and global private equity firms on value enhancing strategies, tactics and negotiations, buy and sell side execution, IPOs and defence. Kim Bøttkjær is managing partner and co founder of FIH PARTNERS. Mr. Bøttkjær has 25 years of investment banking experience. Prior to co-founding FIH PARTNERS in 2006, he worked as a managing director and partner at Carnegie Investment Banking (1991-2006), and in investment banking in London, New York, Boston, Copenhagen and Frankfurt. Mr. Bøttkjær has advised more than 100 transactions across the world. Mr. Bøttkjær has advised on a broad spectrum of transactions, including buy and sell side advisory, equity capital markets, debt restructuring, government owned business, public take-overs, OPP projects and a variety of direct green investments. Kim Bøttkjær was trained in Mathematical Economics at the University of Aarhus and participated in management programs at Harvard Business School

Jørgen Overholt Hansen is one of the founding partners of FIH PARTNERS. Mr. Hansen has almost 15 years of investment banking experience. Prior to co-founding FIH PARTNERS in 2006, he worked at Carnegie Investment Banking (2000-2006) and Spar Nord Corporate Finance (1997-1999). Mr. Hansen has extensive transaction experience having advised on more than 40 completed transactions, primarily focused on Danish sell-side mandates for both industrial and private equity clients, buy-side mandates for Danish industrial clients seeking to acquire businesses internationally or international clients seeking to acquire businesses in Denmark, Danish public-to-private transactions as well as IPO advisory. Mr. Hansen holds a M. Sc. degree in Economics from Aarhus University

Ulrik Falk is one of the founding partners of FIH PARTNERS. Mr. Falk has 15 years of investment banking experience from FIH PARTNERS and Carnegie Investment Banking. Mr. Falk has extensive experience from a long list of transactions including divestments, acquisitions, restructurings, debt advisory, mergers and IPOs/equity offerings. Mr. Falk has experience from working with clients and counterparts from a diverse range of industries including medtech, pharma, biotech, consumer goods/FMCG/retail, fashion/luxury goods, industry, real estate, chemicals, logistics, trading, coatings, IT, service, mining and shipping. Mr. Falk has advised on transactions in Europe, US, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, South America and Africa. Mr. Falk has a M.Sc. degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School

Kasper Elton Koch has been with FIH PARTNERS since 2006. Mr. Koch has 7 years of ECM, M&A and investment banking experience. Prior to joining FIH PARTNERS in 2006, he worked at Deutsche Bank ECM in London (2004-2006). Mr. Koch has been involved in more than 20 completed transactions and has primarily focused on Danish sell-side, buy-side and ECM transactions and has extensive experience from working for Private Equity clients as well as publicly listed companies. Mr. Koch holds a M. Sc. degree in Economics, Finance & Math from Copenhagen Business School

Peter Brandenborg has been with FIH PARTNERS since 2006. Mr. Brandenborg has 7 years of M&A and investment banking experience. Prior to joining FIH PARTNERS in 2006, he worked at SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance (2005-2006) and in DONG Energy’s M&A department (2004-2005). Mr. Brandenborg has been involved in more than 20 completed transactions, primarily focused on sell-side and buy-side advisory for Danish industrial clients and in his previous employment with DONG Energy. Mr. Brandenborg holds a M. Sc. degree in Economics from Aarhus University

Peter Duedahl Sørensen has 9 years of consulting and investment banking experience from FIH PARTNERS (2006-) and previously Carnegie Investment Banking (2004-2006) and Oxford Group (2002-2004). Mr. Sørensen has advised on more than 20 completed M&A transactions including sell-side, buy-side and public take-over advisory to leading Danish and international corporations, private equity funds and government institutions. Morten Sløk joined FIH PARTNERS in 2011. Mr. Sløk has 8 years of M&A, ECM and investment banking experience. Prior to joining FIH PARTNERS in 2011, he worked at Danske Bank Corporate Finance (2003-2011) in both Denmark and Norway. Mr. Sløk has focused on sell-side and buy-side advisory within industrials, shipping and real estate. Mr. Sløk holds a M. Sc. degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
