Our background

FIH PARTNERS is the leading independent Danish corporate finance advisory firm. We provide independent value-adding financial advisory services to large and mid-size corporations, financial sponsors and government institutions as part of divestments, mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and other equity and debt capital market matters.

Founded in mid-2006 as a joint venture between the partners and FIH, a Danish investment bank, we are now a wholly-owned subsidiary of FIH but continue to operate independently from the bank.
